Theologian here. There is no command to bless Israel. Instead, it is about Abraham, and it is from Genesis 12:1-3. This is specifically about Abraham, not his descendants, though even if it did include his descendants; that would necessarily include the Arabs, so it would make no sense to side with the Jews over the Arabs, because both are descendants of Abraham, and so any blessings or curses you'd get from helping one would backfire due to it not helping the other. As said, the Bible never says it applies to Abraham's descendants anyway, but even if it did, the Zionist position would be illogical.

Secondly, when it comes to the land being promised to Abraham's seed, this would of course still include the Arabs if it meant descendants; but it does not mean descendants. Paul clarifies this is Galatians 3:16:

Second Temple era Judaism.
