Theres a stretch of coastal land that has mountains right up to the sea. I dont have a high resolution map of this region to know if there are any passes. For sure there will be built roads in there, but how dangerous is it to use them?
I'm also afraid of missile teams hidden in these coastal mountains. Might be dangerous to park some carrier in front of them.

the straight of hormuz would be worse than the black sea is for the russians. if you are talking about the caspian coast, yes there is a sort of rainforest there that runs into mountains. roads pass through but they are few and not wide enough to support a large amount of units. the only way any invasion becomes easy is if you truly could establish total impunity in the air. israel does not have this contrary to clickbait threads and youtube videos for the same reasons(and more) why russia does not have that over ukraine either.
