The worst thing is when you have nothing to blame. I had an okay childhood, born in a 1st world country with lots of financial support for education, able bodied, average looking...

I blame college, I get burn out in medical school, medicine is not that hard but the hierarchy abuse of hospitals destroy your mind, it is designed to destroy you in fact, and reshape you as a cold machine who deliver under pressure like a boot camp. Problem is if you try to rebel for a second against any of it the hospital chew you up. I leave medicine but the burn out didn't leave me, it has been 7 years and I'm still trying to find the old me
