Generally I'd say most men start to visibly transition to the "old man look" around 55, even with the best genetics, plastic surgery, lifestyle etc. But like others have said the wall works differently for men, it's very rare for a man to be very handsome in his youth, and then lose his appeal completely purely because of signs of aging, unless his appeal came entirely from having the pretty boy look.
