They're enabled by family members or loved ones.

At 600 lbs you can't work, you can't even get in a car to pick up your $100/day of fast food. They have someone in their life doing all this stuff for them.

Maybe they have a feeder as a husband/wife. Maybe they have elderly pushover parents who think saying 'no' or 'get the fuck out of my house you worthless lowlife' is abusive.

Complete bullshit. Not every American has a porch. I get hosed off in my carport. My sister lives in an apartment complex, so she uses the swimming pool of course.

I fucking hate morbidly obese people. My boss at work is 450lbs. He constantly complains how things in the world aren't made for people his size.

We were planning on rearranging some equipment at work and we're putting tape on the floor to mark the new locations of where equipment will be placed. After only 3 times of bending down to put tape on the floor he was totally winded like he had just ran a mile and sweat was already pouring down his forehead. He had to take a 10 minute breather and was panting. I marked the other 20 spots in a matter of minutes and my pulse didn't even rise 10 bpm. How can people live like this and not be disgusted with themselves?
