They don't use silos lol, its all TELARS, they keep them in caves until nightfall so they cannot be seen deploying with optical satellites, which is why all Irans attacks have occurred at night time. Its also why you have seen relatively few liquid fueled systems used, they take additional time to fuel before launch.
Why on earth Israel doesn't have SAR coverage of the country by now when they claim they have total air dominance is beyond me. A few SAR planes up over the country could identify and locate the TELARs before they launch, even at night you would have thought? It was used effectively all the way back in 2003 so you would have thought it was somewhat refined since then.
