So I actually read the bill, and it doean't say anything about forcing you to show ID to view anything pornographic. The definition of "age verification/estimation methods" is very loose, and compliant with international and US law, as long as they put an Adult Content/18+ disclaimer you agree or disagree to they're fine, which most websites already do because again; that's the US/International standard.
