I just realized I have never synced any info with my google account and all of my passwords are stored locally in Firefox and Chrome along with having exported files in my external HDD.
Thank fuck for my disdain for giving any more info to these systems than required.
Basically nothing is connected, so these leaks can at worst affect one thing at a time.

Imposing any sort of reasonable accountability, or obeying existing laws, would greatly hinder the tech industry's "growth" (Uber flouting taxi laws, Facebook flouting privacy laws and coopearting with foreign governments, everyone leaking everyones data).
