I got free healthcare and all I had to do was get fucked up at my self employed job. The downside is I'm basically disabled for life but you wouldn't know it by looking at me which actually makes it worse to cope with memefag.

I agree fully run gov healthcare is not possible, and probably not the best system, but we spend 2 Trillion on Medicare/medicade, both should be abolished along with employer healthcare and a national marketplace (Obama care) should be made for everyone with subsidies according to income/age. Would be a much better system then what we have

What does the government run successfully? Whatever it does, it can only do through continuous growth, complete subsidization, arbitrary taxation of the public (fiat money is printed into circulation at will by the Fed), and a byzantine (babylonian, to be more correct) legal and justice system that can only be navigated by vested members.

There is nothing any western government does except bow to the jews of London and Israel.

Ive had both employ healthcare and use market place and was better off with marketplace healthcare. With employer healthcare you have zero choice in what healthcare you get. Marketplace you can actually look at the policy and shop for it, feel a lot more like capitalism then beening forced on a policy you have no say about.
