>>508026415Ah yeah ok, I better understand your take !
Thanks !
And yeah, the associated risk for asbestos are mainly as some anons already said earlier ITT
Same can be said for insulation asbestos material, it was the best material to protect from fire at the time, still is very performant, but when it degrade and become powdery, it is also becoming a health threat...
But as you said
>industries that were ripeCombined with greed law firms smelling tiny drops of blood and feasting on the wound only to enlarge it as in
>demonized for profit and control. Can only cause mayhem without regards for any health prevention techniques/practices/warning that came really later.
And as for
>health risks associated with them are extremely manageableOne of the most raging story about this type of thing I've red about in the last years was about the famous American "Red Jerrycan" company that manufactured the *green metallic" ones during WWII, that had a huge lot of lawsuits becasue people were stupid enough to not respect basic safety measure such as:
-Not pouring gasoline over a slowly mouting fire in a barbecue
-Not pouring gasoline into a lsowly mounting fire in a garden-bush-wild herbs fire
-etc
That ultimately led to serious injuries or even somethimes death because people would use their red jerrycan and just pour some fuel into a slow/little fire to "boost" it, and then kaboom/burning
Lawsuits were about the "safety of the Jerrrycans", they had to redesign them many time, lawsuits after lawsuits, for which they were found guilty "of course" and ultimately, they had to close the company from what I remember...
I was saddened to read such thing because having grown with these around me, it's like if a "little member" went away thanks to the utter stupidity of others, or worse, lack of self awareness/preservation...
But thanks for your answer nonetheless !!!
Cheers !
