I have nothing against Poland, but this is stupid. People who condemn the genocide of Germans from East Prussia, Pomerania and Silesia are always met with the retort of “bro it was like 100 years ago who cares”. I always push back on that by pointing out that those lands have been German for a long time and were rightfully theirs. Then people will bring up this 1000 year old map and say “but it used to be Polish” to which I will retort that Magna Germania covered all of modern-day Poland except the Northwestern province that was taken from Prussia after WWII.

You should hate Stalin as well. In the same way Germans were forced out of the aforementioned regions, Poles were also pushed out of their historical lands. The Western half of East Galicia (confusing I know) in the area around Lwiw was majority Polish, as well as the Grodno-Wilno strip. Those areas were ethnically cleansed of Poles and forcibly transplanted to modern-day Western Poland, this is why modern Polish dialects in those areas are called “New Mixed Dialects” because they’re literally a mix of all the dialects from the Kresy
