There’s a shortage of ATCs because the main center that trains them implemented a completely retarded DEI policy that basically eliminated white males from the pool. The place was mostly empty because there weren’t nearly enough DEI trainees to fill the seats. Rather than changing policies, they just let the situation continue until the shortage became acute.
