Rabbinatic judaism, for an instance.
Suddenly Talmud - the ORAL tradition, LOL - became much more important, got hugely extended and then all of the sudden around the year 70 a single sect decided that the liturgic texts up to this point are canon and finished.
Judaism changed from a folk religion - a caanite religion even - to a sect.
Out form the 613 Mizwot 244 are not "possible" because of the absence of a temple.
Hell, even the babylonian exile changed Judasim drastically. The Israelites took over many habits from the Babylonians. For example, simple synagogues. And quite a large chuck of then-times Zoroastrianism.
So no, they do not remotly perform the EXACT SAME RITUALS, RITES and especially SACRIFICES as biblical or any other pre-worldwide-disapora-time jews.
They simply evolved - or better yet changed, to keep it more neutral - their religion as times permitted.
