>>508072234Because we barely have a middle class, our middle class itself has three divisions: lower, middle and high.
Lower middle class lives below decency, but at least they don't live in favelas. Lowers can't have luxuries like AC, heater, a car that isn't 20 years old, gas heated water, piped gas, living in a house in a gated community or in an apartment not inhabited by other lowers but with favela behaviours, left over money to buy significantly priced products, travelling by airplane, etc. Also, lowers are generally renters
Middle middle class lives decently. Has AC, heater, a 10 to 15 years old car, gas heated water, piped gas, lives in an apartment with reasonable neighbours, can buy significantly priced products, can afford to travel by airplane, etc. Middles are sometimes renters, other times they own their apartment, it's very 50/50
High middle class lives well. Has everything middles have plus lives in a house in a gated community, drives a car not older than 3 years, can afford (and sometimes has) to armor his car, can afford expensive things like good colognes, euro clothes, watches, Starlink, can afford to buy a seat in a private jet instead of using an airliner, etc. Highs are owners of their properties, and they generally have more than 1 property, and it's not uncommon for them to have 3 properties, including countryside properties
Lower middle class is 20% of the population, middle is 10%, and high is 5%.
Lower middle class are generally wagies. Middle middle class are generally wagies of high rank like doctors, or high ranking wagies that just started their own business. High middle class are generally high ranking public servants or businessmen
