In my course I’ve got 3 people who are doing snorting sounds randomly. They don’t seem to have a cold or so. Is this a sign that they’re snorting drugs in their spare time?

Yes, that can be a sign of nasal drug use. It is also common in Germany because Cocaine and Amphetamines are very popular here.

Cat and other allergies, scubadiving injuries, crying, colds, chronic post nasal drip, being a dog.

Firstly it’s highly likely that they just have a cold/allergies or some other nasal nothingburger,
Secondly you should asking them for a line of whatever they’ve been sniffing.
If you’re young enough for class you should be doing drugs and getting laid.

I know when people have an allergy or a cold and they don’t snort this way. The guys are snorting as if they have some compulsory disorder, tic or something. And that makes it annoying. Imagine going to a snorting orchestra, because that’s how it sounds.

Why don’t you ask them after class, if they have been doing drugs then you’ve just made some new friends.
Or make a loud joke to the room and potentially make even more friends..
Honestly reporting to the teacher is the gayest lamest possible thing to do

Apparently I make a horse sound involuntarily. Like a "nicker" apparently.

I do coke every now and again and yeah it's a decent indicator. But there are other things it could be. But more likely they were sniffin the night before, day after I always have a runny/iritated nose and a lot of phlegm. This time of year could easily be hayfever though.
