Pork sucks, worst of all the "red" meats. Honestly it's worse than most white meat too. There's a reason they did so much advertising in the 90s to get golems eating more pork. It's also why pork is always seasoned and salted and drenched in sauce or syrup or breaded or anything to give it some flavor.
