In every western country the numbers are pretty much the same, top 1% pay 45% of all income tax while the bottom 50% pay 2%. When you increase taxes on the rich they'll just fuck off somewhere else and instead of the state stealing more money, they actually end up with far less tax revenue on top of the economy losing jobs the rich provided, and the cycle of poverty begins

Yeah, but this is unsustainable too, and it's not even a real free market because of fiat currency and corporatism and regulation all funneling money to the rich. One company could own all the private land in the future and it would be indistinguishable from a tyrannical kingdom. Rules on how to live in order to get a lease, charge whatever they want.
