Do you guys have women trying to swap shifts with you? I once agreed to it and a day later I found out I had just been used, she didn't even have any urgent need for it just wanted to work in the morning. And it keeps happening all the time with different young women, they ask other people as well. And I know they don't need it, they just want it.

As a result I now categorically refuse every time someone asks anything from me at work, even if they really need it for a once in a lifetime situation I don't care at all. They can take the day off.
