Here's an anecdote

Even on an island in Spain they are the worst mudsharks, I see them daily now and even I am shocked when I go 100s of miles to get away from them, they bring the nightmare with them.

One of the main reasons is we don't have a culture, all the music, media, advertising they watch has that pairing so they emulate. All the other groups listed can somewhat avoid it.
