Take acting classes. If you haven't learned how to mimic your environment to fit in or manipulate others as a kid your only option is taking tips from acting. I'm a fucking autist that hates interacting with people and everyone thinks i'm the funny, reliable guy. If someone doesn't like me it's cause i don't care enough to make them like me.

As a kid in school i couldn't control my facial expressions and i got in trouble because of it. Now i control everything perfectly because i've been made to be perfectly self aware of all these details throughout my youth. That was organic, if you didn't get that, then learn how to act.

start lifting weights and running. charisma comes from confidence in yourself, and you can only have that if you respect yourself. quit being weak. eat clean, and join a gym. trust me it will work, but you need to commit long term. don't pussy out when you don't see results in a week. head on over to /fit
