IMPORTANT PSA
PAJEETS DO NOT UNDERSTAND LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out)

>Well duh, they're retarded
Yes, I know they're retarded, but sometimes it still catches me by surprise. LOTO has too many levels of abstraction for them to comprehend, but unlike niggers, won't be stopped by written warnings and physical locks. At least actual niggers will just shut down or lack the confidence to bypass LOTO, whereas jeets have been conditioned to be confident despite their inability (or simply refusal) to read.

Working with these subhumans is terrifying. I fear for anyone who has to work with these creatures. They are literally worse than niggers. I have had to wrangle niggers to do work too, and they're shockingly easy to work with (because they are usually niggers who self-selected to choose employment instead of destitution).

Bumping for visibility (critical)
I would also appreciate help bumping the thread if you find this to be important information.
Additionally, do you have any workplace safety stories involving indians?

US work safety regulations are onerous and go too far. They needlessly drive up production costs and make American products uncompetitive.

I switched to a less interesting job because increasingly you can't rely on people to not kill you in some stupid way and get basically zero repercussion for it.

It's a special system where somebody puts a lock on a dangerous piece of industrial equipment, to test you to see if you know how to open a lock. Usually if you can't demonstrate this critical skill your employer will fire you on the spot for being delayed by something so simple.

when a piece of equipment is malfunctioning in the usa, the maintenance guy will take a big piece of chain and a thick padlock and physically disable the machine so that it can't be turned on. then they attach a tag to the machine that warns the it is broken or malfunctioning and a warning not to use it, but the padlock and chain already usually does a good job of keeping that from happening. it's a very obvious way to communicate the message- "don't fucking touch this or try to us it" and the padlock and chain usually physically prevents you from being able to activate the 'on' switch but somehow high iq enterprising indians have apparently found a way.

Not just America: most countries have a similar or derivative system (possibly under a different name), like machinery isolation, securing, locking, and so on. Back in Japan where I am from, we have an identical system and it's sometimes even referred to by the loanword.

China has LOTO too, but having these standards and regulations doesn't prevent individuals from circumventing them, just like how LOTO doesn't stop indians from trying to kill people at my workplace.
Meanwhile, india actually doesn't have national labor safety standards that require LOTO. The only times it's ever followed are in chemical plants and factories run by foreign companies that import safety standards from abroad.

If you think the UCIL plant accident was anything special, you're in for a rough ride (not that it was even caused by a LOTO issue anyhow).
