The Annunaki at some point in distant history decided to amass human followers into primitive religions/cults. And these cults often warred against each other, reflecting competition among the Annunaki “gods”. YHWH was one of many, originally, but through warfare, eventually became dominant in the region, and concurrently his cult evolved from a local tribal deity to an all-powerful creator God.
