It makes absolutely zero sense. Regardless of your personal opinions on Indians and Chinese, India and China are the two most populated countries in the world, with a population of almost 1.5 billion each. That's a total of almost 40% of the entire global population. India and China have literally 10-1000 times more people than the vast majority of other countries in the world, so why would any sane government ever allow migration from them? Indians and Chinese are invasive species that can replace an entire population with just a tiny portion of their migrants; allowing them to destroy all human biodiversity on the planet is the most evil crime that could ever be committed.
