It is a lot easier for Chinese or Nork leadership to deal with such issues without having to cater to the mob, especially masses of idiotic peasant women voters. When you consider that in liberal democracies, women vote more than men, then you can understand that the largest voter demographic are peasant women and that this is a big part of why the west is collapsing.

Second: WE DON'T KNOW why the child died. We don't know if it was vaccinated by foster family.
