It's inevitable to some extent since they have the same aging population problem and low birth rates but given their absurd scale they might figure out some things to still grow ridiculously high in that time so it'll still seem like a year-on-year miracle with average citizen wealth growth.
They could also start to forcefully euthanize the old to be fair but that wouldn't give you much of an incentive to work for that country, right? Knowing you'd be terminated, matter of fact reminds me of the movie Logan's Run.
