Why have so many Gen-X'ers flamed out and died/killed themselves/overdosed/given up so far instead of working harder to improve themselves and the world? You can make fun of the Boomers, but they really did exercise willpower in order to reshape the world in their image. Why can't Gen-X say the same?

Which, if you did, you would find their book, "13th Gen: Abort, Retry, Ignore, Fail?" which describes Gen X, and I quote, "the generation born between 1961 and 1981"

Of course, "generation" is normally used as a sociopolitical phenomenon, and thus, the criteria of "literally everyone born between the years x and y" is almost completely useless..
