Imperial Guard in general is the best, my second has to be Mechanicus.
I don’t understand collecting chaos or eldar, but the only faction I really hate is tyranids because they’re stupid.

Iron Hands are in my opinion the only loyalist Space Marines (along with the Black Templars) who exhibit that ruthless and inhuman and too hateful-to-die aspect that made Space Marines so damn cool in the first few editions. Every other legion and chapter is too human and emotional in my opinion. As much as I loved the first 3 books of the Horus Heresy (and Fulgrim), generally speaking writing the primarchs ruined space marines.

Ork bois are the only ones actually having any fun in the grim dark of the far future and they've got meme magic. The choice couldn't be any more obvious.
