Doesn't matter because the B2's primary defense is altitude. The flying wing shape is for surfing atmosphere to maximize its fuel efficiency and range. There's very few ground based weapons that could potentially hit them to begin with and I'm sure none of those are in Iran. Its why the B2 is still in service while other stealth planes were decommissioned, it isn't very reliant on stealth at all to do what it does.

When the bomb bay doors open the cross section lights up on radar. That is how the F-117 Nighthawk was shot down. But the missile needs heat seeking once the doors close again. The S400's don't have that. Since the whole world knows where the bunker sites in Iran are located it and know the B2's would be in the vicinity it would be trivial to set up a non-negligible counter attack to the B2 at this point and put it at very significant risk.

The B2 fly rather slowly, at high altitude of 15+km but slowly at Mach 0,82. Stealth doesn't make planes invisible, but reduces the effectiveness of enemy radar, letting the planes fly between radar installations, effectively remaining undetected. The only way to defeat this is to saturate the area with radar and air defence, which isn't going to happen because Iran is large and doesn't possess enough AD. Or they counter the intelligence by decentralizing their AD, like how the F117 was shot down. In that case, the S125 system would constantly change locations and only turn the radar on for a limited amount of time to avoid anti radiation missiles.

That means trying to place and hide air defence systems from enemy intelligence, and using their own intelligence to try to pin point the time the B2's will attack so they known when to activate their radars. Easier said than done. If they can do that, they can potentially surprise the B2's. It's a total shot in the dark though.

As for China getting the wreckage, the B-2 is 1980s tech and in the process of being retired and replaced, there's not a whole lot they could learn that they don't already know, and the real bottleneck for these stealth aircraft is composite manufacturing, one of the few areas where China is way behind and it's not something you can really help much by getting the finished product. It'd be a big propaganda victory for the US's opponents and the loss of an aircrew would be tragic but that's about all it'd be.
