I’m conflicted
On one side I think it’s incredibly hypocritical of Drumpf and migaboomers to flipflop hard and now become war mongers, bombing a sovereign nation in the name of “America First”

On the other hand I do see the Islamic regime of Iran as a huge trouble maker, even being rather unpopular in their own country, and I hope to see this weakening their grip on the country returning the Shah

For trying to get nuclear bombs? It'd be one thing if Israel didn't already have them but at this point M.A.D. is their only guarantee of preventing this exact scenario from playing out ad infinitum until eventually their country is just rubble.

he campaigned as an anti-war candidate and was pretty explicit about his plan to pursue a diplomatic solution on Iran. Instead he bombed a sovereign country because they are fighting with Israel

The shah isn’t some ancient noble family who ruled Iran historically. They’re literal nobodies installed as puppet dictators by Britain and the US for the sole purpose of raping Iran’s oil.
Nobody in Iran wants them back.
