Remember, it's the basic technique I'm trying to offer, not specifics. You're welcome to improvise. They can't do shit as long as you're not communicating direct threats, and remember to pop the batteries out of those phones before putting them to use.
Turning off your phones with the battery is not good enough. Wrapping your phones in tin foil, or even an aluminum cigar tin, is not good enough. You must be able to pull the battery out or use a gutted shell with no electronics in it.
