An armed society is a respectful society. A nuclear armed world is a respectful world
Knowing everyone around you in public is carrying a pistol keeps you in line, and them knowing you are packing keeps them in line. So people get along better. People respect power, so an armed society is a respectful society.
If every country on earth had nukes, the world's countries and peoples would all respect each other out of necessity (fear of existentially threatening reprisals). All countries would have true self-determination to develop and behave as they wish, as long as they don't violate another country's rights. This way, the majority of the world's countries wouldn't have to fall into the orbit of a hegemon who uses them for labor and resources. All people would be better off overall.
