>>508398262China sells far below market prices while imposing tariffs on imports to protect their own interests. China also devalues their currency, runs operating losses on their businesses to secure market share, (with the assumed intent to increase prices once the competition dies), and cuts costs with lax labor and environmental regulations. Furthermore, like all other third world shitholes, they rely on international shipping subsidies (such as via the Universal Postage Union) paid for by the West to ship anything at competitive rates. And yet, outside of select natural resources located within the Chinese territory, China doesn't make anything that's genuinely required unless you consider conspicuous consumption of needless products to be economically viable.
Concurrently, America has a higher manufacturing throughput per capita than China, and it's only going to increase. For example, the US already has higher yields on chips at its Arizona TMSC plant than in Taiwan.
Meanwhile, China still relies on the West for lithography and all other high tech and remains second to the US in AI.
Also, China has no food or energy security unless it reduces the Chinese population well below 100 million.
Westerners who don't take themselves seriously often project that seriousness onto Chinese today, which leads them to believe that the smoke, mirrors, and cityscape neon lights of these mongoloids are anything but an elaborate act of saving face.
