I dont know if this is AI or real but if real and the comment on 280p is because it's cropped. obviously most recordings dont use the older hand held camcorders with optical zooms. which is retarded. the older 2000 era cam corder I owned was 480i but had 60x zoom making it better video that what a digital crop zoom at 4k could produce.
the best camera right now is the Canon Zoom1000 which is like 120x Optical zoom and high dense 4k video. its an astro zoom lens but not a bridge camera. there are cheaper bridge cameras that are 4k and 68x Optical for like 400 bucks that are decent but they're not really portable either. you can't just bust it out and shoot.
