Let's start with some premises, each of which I believe is supported by Trump's history and career;

>Premise 1: Trump loves America
>Premise 2: Trump believes in putting America first
>Premise 3: Trump would not voluntarily harm America

The Iran war obviously contradicts these premises. How do we resolve the contradiction? We must assume that Trump is acting involuntarily to some extent. Why, though? There are three possible avenues, or some combination of them:

>Threats to his life

I don't find this very credible, since Trump already survived an assassination attempt, and remained in the presidential race. That takes courage, and courageous men are not dissuaded by death.

>Bribes or financial threats

Trump is a multi-billionaire, so it seems unlikely that money is the motivating factor.

>Blackmail

This seems most likely, since even a courageous man would not want his entire family destroyed if he were taken down in a blackmail scandal. But what type of blackmail? Once again, there are a few likely candidates:

>Financial

Probably not, due to his multi-billionaire status and many different revenue streams.

>Political

Doubtful. He already sailed through two impeachments, and political threats have never affected him very much.

>Sexual

This seems most probable. It would be the most shameful type of blackmail, and the most destructive to his reputation if revealed.

Therefore, we can conclude logically that Trump is probably being blackmailed with sexual material of an illicit/scandalous nature. It's unfortunate, but that's the obvious logical conclusion.

Mind you, I scored a perfect 180 on the LSAT (law school admissions test) as well as a 524 out of 528 on the MCAT (medical school test), so, I am fairly good at rigorous, logical thinking. And these are my findings in the curious case of Trump's betrayal of America.
