In reality, they have been launching fewer and few missiles every day. On the first day of retaliation they launched 100s of drones and missiles. These days it's small salvos in the single or low double digits. If they actually had 28 000 (obviously they don't), they would have been able to sustain 100s of missiles every day for the past 10 days, and they would have totally overwhelmed Israeli and American air defence at this point and probably started to do real damage.
So, WHY AREN'T THEY ACTUALLY FIGHTING BACK PROPERLY IF, ACCORDING TO YOU, THEY HAVE 28000 MISSILES?

Some basic arithmetic: if Iran had 28000 missiles they would be able to launch 100 every day for the next 9 months, without any news missiles being produced.

This seems incorrect, if the logistical strain were big enough to cause a humanitarian crisis, the military value of destroying these bridges would be too high for the russian armed forces to not do it after over 1000 days of war.
Many bridges have been destroyed this war, by both sides, often medium sizes ones, often in the wake of local attacks/counterattacks. Its just that a massive one like to Crimea needs so much concentrated firepower that this firepower is better used to strike something else. Imagine how many good attacks/destroyed supplies and troops you can achieve with 10-20 Taurus.
