This seems incorrect, if the logistical strain were big enough to cause a humanitarian crisis, the military value of destroying these bridges would be too high for the russian armed forces to not do it after over 1000 days of war.
Many bridges have been destroyed this war, by both sides, often medium sizes ones, often in the wake of local attacks/counterattacks. Its just that a massive one like to Crimea needs so much concentrated firepower that this firepower is better used to strike something else.
