The Italians are the natural-born artists in cheese making.
They know that a young female’s aroma is essential for premium cheese, they have since mastered the delicacy in balance to integrate the scents from different body parts of a girl into the taste final product.
English speaking people simply can’t compete, even the French are struggling to catch up.

not true, but it depends on what you're after. Wisconsin makes very high quality practical cheeses, but if you want Parmesan, Grana or things like that it will be hard to compare American attempts. I would say something American cheesemakers often excel at over Europeans is making a very "clean" and refined product that is practical and relatively healthy. Our attempts at aged cheeses probably aren't on par with some of the European favorites that are like a fine wine, nonetheless we have our niche

by clean and refined I don't mean unnatural, although we have those sorts of over-processed cheeses too, I mean something that has been worked on a lot I guess

>Wisconsin makes very high quality practical cheeses

You mean mass produced, shelf stable product that can be sold cheaply to the increasingly tasteless and mongrelized American populace. No I'm not impressed with Wisconsin's factory cheeses.

You're holding them up out of a misplaced sense of patriotism. American cheese is not good ole heartland cheese made by white American cheesemakers, its factory product made by machines operated by Juan and Paco with a cute little starts and stripes flag stamped on the packaging afterward.

honestly not necessary. Not all American cheese is Kraft singles.. there are plenty of brands that make very good cheese here, even arguably better than some European cheeses. Rumiano out of California is one example of a good brand which I think produces some cheeses that are better than many European cheeses

not really out of Patriotism, since Patriotism is mostly Jewish. You are not wrong that Mexicans may be employed, but not everything made here is mass produced and low quality. Some very large brands, I don't know if you'd consider them mass produced, like Tillamook make a perfectly decent quality product that is widely available. And there's smaller companies that make more artisanal and expensive cheese that are legitimately good.

Just because Jews run our country doesn't mean every aspect of life here is Jewed.

Yeah I bet you've eaten like 3 different cheeses in a plastic box from the supermarket and suddendly you're an expert on italian chesee lmao. Real cheese is artisanal, and only sometime you can find it in (italian) supermarkets. Mozzarella is supposed to be a cheese used for seasoning, that's why the flavour is light. Mozzarella di bufala is what you would eat if you wanted more taste
