Why do you want to learn this?
It takes time, like anything else. The more time you spend learning, the faster things go.
If you want to be an "ethical hacker" there are certs. Once you are certified you become a known quantity so consider that very carefully.

Hackerone or other websites teach you the basics. I toy around in it for fun while having a corporate IT job. Helps to have a better level of understanding of how hackers act and think rather than boomer mentality of hackers being some ghost in the machine. It even helped me notice some weird patterns in logs and shut down attempts of logging into our firewall.
