If he wins the primary I wouldn't put it past the moderate Dems to still back Cuomo and make sure that, with a higher turnout full of NPCs, Cuomo wins the actual race.

But if he's mayor, then I think he'll just be a DeBlasio 2.0 with a couple of decent ideas but ultimately a cuckold while the real power and decision making is made in Albany
