Rogan is left wing. Democrats called him a nazi for not going along with the troon and vaxx narratives. They couldn't help shitting on him the same way they couldn't stop shitting on gamers. Half of them, or Rogan's audience for that matter, could have been captured if the shitlibs could have stopped reeeeee-ing over single issues. But they couldn't help themselves. Letting perverts ogle little girls in changing rooms was more important.

Out healthcare laws are totally fucked up, here is the reality 80 % of the pop is happy with their healthcare (it was 90% before Obamacare) all of this bitching and complaining is about the 10% or people too poor and stupid to get insurance (actually less cause like half of the people who were uninsured chose to be)

Here’s what’s even more fun, between Medicare, Medicaid, veterans affairs, the congressional health plan, Native American health systems, and state health systems the USA has one of the largest public healthcare systems in the world actually with like 100+ million people on state care

All of the problems come from the disjointed nature of our current system and everyone has too much a stake in it to make anything change

We need somebody like Trump to simply cut the gordian not and unify everyone into a Medicare for all type system which would overnight create the same thing you habein Australia and continental Europe which is a single payer for basic health care and emergencies and then people can buy better insurance privately if you want

That’s the solution. It’s just a matter of political skill to do it

>They do and it works.
California has its own parallel healthcare system for illegal immigrants. They don't have to show a social security number, or an ID, or anything. You can literally just call in and sign up. All kinds of free services exist like that which are heavily used by illegal immigrants.

California contains two truly-global cities, where talent from all over the country, and indeed, all of the world migrates. They go into these cities, work and produce an enormous GDP.
The wealth produced from that, ideally would flow back outward to the communities from which those people came. That is, the greater American nation. However, around the cities, encircling them, is a massive thick ring of illegal immigrants, or brown people generally. Those people soak up all that wealth which is being generated, so none of it can flow out. It's intercepting the football at the pass, basically.

This massive. never-before-seen level of wealth generation that is being produced by these cities, is going to pump up and feed the third world people that cluster around the cities. The outlying rural areas are drying up and dying, they are totally deprived.

The white middle class has completely fled the state. That is a hostile place for them, they cannot exist there.
So this is not exactly a normal situation. This is a situation where a state happens to contain some of America's biggest urban areas, and is misdirecting their wealth towards foreign populations, while driving out its own

>force startups to sign up to these pre-public exchanges
>improve patents
So you'll need civil servants to enforce and design these systems? Sounds like there would be a lot of complexity involved.

An alternative approach could involve adding more capital to the market. Perhaps by encouraging banks to be more lenient when giving more loans to startups? Though I suppose the bank would still need to know why the startup will be successful.

I think you'd just have an arbitrator who oversees a whole bunch of corporations, and he would step in and manage disputes, and kick it up to the court system if things were really contentious. But
As far as making it mandatory, I do think that is necessary for the idea to work. Because it seems the people who found the corporations tend to benefit from the same gamesmanship that rules the system today.

>improve patents
I don't know how it is in your country, but in America patenting is infeasable for a small corporation or inventor. Even very large corporations have trouble defending them the court cost is so expensive and timewasting.

A really successful startup, that KNOWS it's going to be big, gets millions and millions dumped into it by the big investors. They totally inflate that thing like a balloon.Public loans would not have the same effect.

What I'm asserting is that this insider crowd, because they get privileged access to the ground floor, is able to get an unnatural level of wealth that does not correspond to the value they actually created. If only it was a competitive and open door market, then this advantage would be neutralized. You wouldn't see the creation of mega-ultra-billionaires anymore. In fact you might not even have billionaires anymore.

Another big bone of contention of mine is speculation on the market. Why are people making billions buying lows and selling highs? In my view, money should represent the work you did. It should be an exchange of value for value, or value for work. It shouldn't be a game, where you can inflate vast fortunes disconnected from your actual level of productivity. Unless you actually think the drug-addict Musk is 10 million times more productive than you.

I don't have the background to attack your ideas, but I'll try anyway.
If I'm reading it right, this would prevent startups from picking specific investors. On Dragon's Den, I see the investors offering subject expertise and connections. This is something startups might want to rely on, yet they might lose it your proposal. (Assuming DD is accurate in this aspect). You would be removing one of the options startups have, making for a less friendly environment for entrepreneurship. Startups might find an easier place setting up somewhere else. (Though tbf you would argue that startups would get cheaper capital from the pre-public exchange and would stay)
>single representative for all the investors
What if the investors disagree? They might get frustrated they aren't getting an authority proportionate to their investment and invest in something else. Silicon Valley might lose its status as the place for capital.
>promissory note exchange
Couldn't people still get crazy rich if they get in early, and a few years later the startup blows up? Or is it the case that this profit will be a few magnitudes smaller than the alternative?
>They totally inflate that thing like a balloon.Public loans would not have the same effect.
Yeah fair enough.
>speculation generates profit but not value
I used to think this way but now I'm considering if the value speculation provides is liquidity/stability/trust in the value of shares. If more people are buying and selling on the stock exchange, then everybody will feel safer holding onto pieces of paper than cash. This introduces more capital into the market. Not sure if this is sound though - I still need to read up more on the history of capital. Plus the profits might still be disproportionate to the value created.
Perhaps angel investors/venture capitalists are being rewarded for the virtue of having a big lump of cash already, turning it into a solid asset and taking a medium risk.

>ground floor privilege
Are you saying this cabal withholds capital from hungry startups, in an act of collusion, to obtain shares at prices far below the market-rate (well there's not a market but i guess you could get 10000 investors in a room to evaluate that startup's shares)? So they obtain immediate day 1 profits of 200%?
