They don't work except for the most schizo of schizo, and do excessive harm to the bodies of anyone who takes the. much like antidepressants although it's hard to imagine those actually work at all. Anxiolytics similar don't work but those are usually gentler on the body so not as tragic when you get a false diagnosis
