it seems like china wants to be the top financial and manufacturing hub of the world, with US taking 2nd place and japan in 3rd as the white collar workers and designers. of course Ai is putting pressure on white collar workers already. aside from depopulation, it doesn't make sense for china to also want a hot war and become top military power. they are already fuckin the world sideways through financial and manufacturing sprawl. china still needs the westerners to consoom.

That's a good point. China would definitely benefit more from staying as the manufacturing top dog rather than igniting a world war.
But, would that mean attacking Iran would simply just end with Iran being reduced to rubble with no outside aid coming in to help them?
