This video makes me happy.
I oppose pet ownership on the basis that it is cruel to animals to keep them as pets no matter how “good” you treat them, it’s still an immoral thing to do cause animals should be free and humans can interact with them in nature but should not domesticate them. Plus pets contribute to climate change and pollution (including noise pollution etc.). That being said the reason this video makes me happy is that despite me opposing animal ownership cause I think it’s cruel and depraved to keep animals as pets, this video shows that humans in their own little way are growing out of keeping animals as pets and that is less cruel to animals in the long run and it’s beneficial to humans cause pet owners are usually broken people and have narcissistic tendencies and I believe narcissism comes from being insecure and it’s a way of overcompensating and they get narcissistic supply from so called pets which is really unfair to Mother Nature and for human evolution
