I love the desert.
Skies are beautiful with the most gorgeous sunsets every day.
Mountains in the background
Red rocks, unique scenery

Sadly, I'll still have to move to a state that gets all seasons as it's only fair to my kids.

t. living in Vegas the last 3 years, born and raised in a Northern City.

I'd take 120 in Needles over 95 in Orlando every day of the week. I've experienced both, it doesn't even compare. Arizonoids are pussies

There's a difference between desert and high desert.

Desert is a lot drier, a lot more hot over 105 degree days and has a lot less rain.

High desert is around 10-15% humidity, more or around the same rain, has much less heat due to higher elevation.

Florida is probably the worst, most populated state just by humidity and heat, then you got south arizona/california desert where wayne lives idk where I just know in that general area.

There are some parts of middle north to north arizona that are as cool as nebraska. Once you go past middle of arizona you are already away from all desert high temps.

Everyone forgets about the UV anomaly that exists over the Four Corners area. It's not just heat but the oppressive radiation from the sun that really drives those nails in the coffin. The sunlight destroys everything that's left out in it.

And since the humidity is so low, even in north arizona we get the best of everything.

We get low temps similar to kansas, low humidity, good rain and good sun.

We get to use swamp coolers for 300W a day with 2 gallons of water and we get cold 65 degree air all day.

Shame about their being no good soil here though its all red sand.

The southern edge of the colorado plateau bisects Arizona. Go north of Phoenix a couple hours and you'll climb up the Mogollon rim up onto the plateau and it gets a lot cooler. Pretty much where Arizona is split between hot as fuck and decent is where the rim is.

What I can’t stand is how many faggots from out of state move here, then vote blue.
>Phoenix native
>watched the homeless problem get worse (we already had a big one)
>crime is through the roof
>more traffic
>luckily I own my house but watching real estate climb to retarded levels
To be fair, Phoenix was never as cheap as people make it out to be, it was always more expensive than a lot of other states, it’s just cheap in comparison to California.
>watching rigging happen in every election, turning our state into a progressive hell hole
>Phoenix City Council was trying to make Phoenix into a sanctuary city
>we have queen retard Katie Hobbs as governor who’ manages to be a corporate shill and somehow a progressive cunt

I might be the only one that remembers this, but there was a Pizza shop called Picuros or Picassos Pizza and the owner got caught a couple of times with CP and trying to meet young kids.

Their brains are baked by the heat. Humans are meant to be surrounded life growing in every centimeter of land as far as the eye can see. Not barren ass rock and worthless sand. You know what lives in the desert? Losers that couldn't hack it elsewhere. They couldn't compete in the forest and got kicked out. Stupid lizards and crappy birds and spiky plants and desert niggers.

Yeah, they are called "storm drains" people call them sewers but your toilet has a separate line that goes to the sewer treatment plant where the solids is separated from the water and the water is filtered and all the bacteria & microbes are killed before being released into a river or lake
