I'm thinking that Iran leadership might actually be almost autistically honorable because they literally follow every UN rule about letting them investigate their nuclear stuff and when they do counterattacks, they only do them tit for tat which is allowed, never going overboard with it.

Well Iran has been occupied by different forces for the last 100 years or so, so they are just in the underdog position so they might not have other choice than to say "look we follow the rules".
