Why is it so hard getting a job? I applied to 1-3 jobs a day for 4 months now and I'm kinda burnt out.

Most of the time real applications just get ignored for the 4.0 GPA Harvard grad that is totally applying to your small company.
I've been through bad economies. That means lots of interviews and competition, not getting ghosted.

Get qualified in something either people cannot or will not do. Applying to 100 coffee shops isn't going to get you anywhere. There are a million useless people applying for job so you're to need to make yourself a little less useless. Start with a truck or a security license... Then start applying.

It's okay, I feel that way too, and I have a job.
Honestly I'm not sure its a right fit. I'm not very good at one part of it and I would really need direct tutoring not to fuck it up. I also fucked it up badly and others have a reason to be pissed.

Honest advice:
Stop sending out resumes. Tons of places are looking for bodies, but they are not looking for the right application.

Sign up for an employment agency. They'll assign you somewhere that vaguely matches who you are and what you want to do. You'll be a temp with basically no worker's rights for a while but if you're any good they'll hire you as an actual employee within like a year.

Really? I do a half assed job at my current employer and people are literally lining up to hire me away. LinkedIn overflows with recruiters, old bosses hitting me up, old colleagues trying to get me over. I’m in sales and gen Z is too terrified to even speak to someone on the elevator much less negotiate contracts with live people.

It's like anything else, practice.
If you drive a truck every day, that 53 foot trailer feels like driving a civic.
Just be extra cautious for the first few months and then it gets really easy.
Plus trucks are cool. Everyone calls you sir, you always have money, most trucks have a built in camper, you get to piss in bottles, you get to see the whole country, you can start your own business with a CDL.
I have a job where I only deliver brand new trucks so I never pull trailers anyway.
