So even if a company, or even the government makes you sign something saying you absolve someone else of responsibility especially with regard to injury, it doesn't really matter.
So if you go to say a go-kart track, they'll make you sign a piece of paper saying you won't sue the shit out of them if you get hurt. Even if you sign it and get hurt, you can still sue the shit out out of them if you can show they were negligent and that led to your injury.
Same goes for the experimental gene therapy they lied about and foisted on the nation. You can sue your doctor, you can sue the state, you can sue the nation, you can sue the manufacturers.
