No. Being gay is a correlation not a causation to atheism. So not every atheist is gay. The correlation is because religions are intolerant to gays.

Let me ruin your argument

I ask a Christian if they believe their god was created or not. It's no rhetorical.

They answer
>yes
Or
>no

If their answer is yes, you create a nonsense reality going from god A, to B, to C with an infinite loop of creationism.

Typically their answer is no, since the biblical text says so. If they accept this idea that their god has always existed without being created, then they already accepted that something can exist without being created. So why not apply that same logic to our world, that it could exist without being created? They're essentially adding an irrelevant layer to their reality at the point they believe in a god.

god isn't real and I'm not going to hell. Death isn't something to be afraid of unless you haven't met your accomplishments of life yet. Once you've experienced the moments in life you wanted, every day after is a gift. Death was something you experienced before birth. It's natural part of life, and if we lived forever, life would be meaningless, since there would be no urgency to experience moments of joy, since there's always tomorrow. If birds and fish didn't recognize their mortality, they would sleep all day. If there was a god who would abuse defenseless people with eternal torment, not to mention he allows great pain and suffering, he isn't worth worshiping. He is a worthless god and I'd rather be in hell since heaven has niggers anyway.

The argument is a joke. It's impossible for a God to exist. Religious people use the argument, but it's illogical. If humans are too complex to exist without a creator, then a God being is way way too complex to exist without a creator. It's a simple proof that there is no god.

>An agnostic is someone who holds the view that ultimate realities, such as the existence of God, are unknown and possibly unknowable. This position does not commit to either the existence or nonexistence of a deity, emphasizing the limitations of human knowledge in answering such questions definitively.
>On the other hand, a gnostic is someone who claims to possess knowledge about such ultimate realities. In religious or philosophical contexts, this often means asserting that one can know whether God exists or not. Gnostics may be theists who believe in the existence of God and think this can be known, or atheists who believe in the nonexistence of God and think this too can be known.

It's more a meta belief than a belief. It's a belief about whether or not knowledge exists. It makes no claim about what that knowledge is. You can know there is no God or you can know there is a God. Both of those are Gnostic beliefs and completely opposite of each other.

Not everyone is called to believe at this time and that certainly makes it challenging for everyone. Religion is more often than not, a peer pressure method for controlling people so it's understandable why some people would be naturally repelled by such man-made organizations.

personally I read the holy scriptures and see a lot of contradictions between what is written and what is taught. in the end, I believe we are created for good works, but salvation is given freely to all. but the timing of that is not up to us and has been certainly not made obvious.

when you are good to yourself, to those around you and the world in general, you gain a certain calm and certainty about life and what may or may not happen afterwards. there is no law against being a good person. and therein lies the freedom and reward, even in this age.

Gnosticism (capital G) – A historical religious movement
Definition:
Gnosticism refers to a group of ancient religious ideas and movements that emerged around the 1st to 3rd centuries CE, particularly in the context of early Christianity, Judaism, and Hellenistic philosophy.

"Gnostic" as a generic adjective or label – just meaning 'someone who knows' (lowercase)
Definition:
In a more generic or modern usage, someone might call themselves “gnostic” to mean they are “a knower” or “possess knowledge,” especially in a philosophical or spiritual sense. This use is based on the Greek root gnosis (γνῶσις), meaning “knowledge.”
