to be fair with the older immigrants they adapted, from what the analysts of the scores say but they don't know about this new generation since they're from other cultures and of a bit different genetic stock as well, they fear that they'll be a persistent problem and bring down the national averages in a significant way, unless you correct for them in evaluations
