Complete nonsense. If I see a guy with tattoos, I know I'm dealing with someone who thinks they're a hard man but most likely is not. If I see a woman with tattoos, I know I'm dealing with someone with daddy issues and is an attention seeker. Pretty simple and 99.99999999% accurate.
