I broke up with her, now she's 34 and her rebound relationship failed. Her rebound was a vietnamese guy. She was desperately trying to reach out to me day and night, but my phone was on silent and the notifications got buried. Since I didn't respond the day of she got insulted. Then on the day before valentines day she blocked/deleted half her friends list.
She desperately wanted to get married, have kids and move away. She's sick of being at home with her parents at this age. But she doesn't work.
In March she deleted almost everyone else. I tried reaching out to her a few days ago. But she told me to not reach out to her again and leave her alone.
Now I'm completely powerless. I cannot help someone that is spiralling.
Even if I am never part of her life again I really hope she'll be okay and doesn't self harm. I wanted to try everything I could. Maybe it triggered her when I asked her about why she purged everyone and what was going on and I was there for her.
